Shipping Information.

Exquisite Crystals is an online shop based in the United Kingdom and all orders ship from our office in the UK.

We deliver Worldwide from the United Kingdom using preferred postal services for each country. 

The cut-off time for orders is 4pm UK time and the processing time for is 1 to 2 days with shipping times shown below.

UK deliveries will take 2 to 4 days to arrive via Royal Mail and you will receive a tracking number with your order.

UK Mainland shipping costs for orders under £25 is £2.99 for packages below 2kg.

For European deliveries we expect your order to arrive within 2 to 10 days but may take longer depending on the item.

EU Shipping costs are £14.99 for all orders.

Worldwide Shipping is £23.99 for all orders.

Due to the Worldwide shipping terms some products can take from 2 - 10 days to be delivered in the USA and European and Asiapac countries. We will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible as no one likes to wait and we will keep you updated.

We try to respond to all emails within 12 to 24 hours and always have visibility of your parcel in transit.

You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. 

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

If you do not receive your order even though tracking shows it has arrived then please contact us to investigate.

UK & Europe 2-4 Business days with EVRI or Royal Mail

United States 5-15 Business days with Royal Mail or UPS

Australia, New Zealand 10-20 Business days with Royal Mail or UPS

If your delivery is showing a tracking number and for some reason does not arrive then please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate.
