    • Do you ship Internationally?

      Yes. We ship globally. If you are a international customer please email us at sales@exquisitecrystals.co.uk with your order requirements and when you will need the items delivered to you by. We will calculate custom shipping costs to your country and email you back no later then 1-3 working days. Please ensure you provide your full postal address so that we can send you accurate shipping costs.

      We are also in the process of opening dedicated pages on our online store for certain countries where your shipping will be calculated automatically for a few items at check out.

    • Can you create a custom crystal order?

      Yes, custom orders are possible. Please let us know of the crystal you have in mind and the design and we can try our best to see if your custom design can be carved into the natural crystal. As this will be a bespoke order please bare in mind the purchase will be non-refundable.
